I am an employment attorney. I advise companies on compliant business practices and develop policies and procedures for managing workforces. I assist with establishing corporate policies and procedures for managing workforces and individual employee issues. I handle all issues anyone with an employee faces.

I have worked in law firms and large international companies for 20+ years. I am now trying to establish myself as a consultant with a focus on assisting female owned businesses with managing their workforces.
