Tell us about what you do for business.
I’m a tech community staffing consultant. That covers everything from recruiting to hiring to culture fit and consulting. More specifically, I work with women on their résumés, talking about their experience and asking for what they’re worth. My goal is to create and host more workshops to get women and moms who have left the workforce to raise children, the skills they need to be more marketable in a changing world.

What motivates you?
Women in tech. Especially moms. I want to kick doors down for people who need my skills and passion.

I feel like I share a kinship with the group already, and I’d like to lend my skills and passions to a networking group that matters to me.
