I deliver transformational coaching for change-makers, heart-centered leaders, high achievers, & spiritual seekers. I believe that the only way we’re going to change the world is to change ourselves. The Mindful Creative is about helping people accelerate towards that transformation. Leaders, artists, and entrepreneurs. Thinkers, dreamers, and doers. Anyone who is living for something greater and who’s ready to put in the work to get there.

Everyone’s got a story to tell. What’s your background? How did you get here?
I was born with a condition called pyloric stenosis. Basically, my stomach was pinched shut, I couldn’t drink my mothers milk, and I was starving to death. If I’d been born 50 years earlier, there would have been no one in the world who knew how to do the surgery that saved my life. I still carry the scar and every day it serves as a reminder that I might never have made it this far. It is my proof of life. And the truth is, all of us are only here for a short time. The question I ask myself every day is what will we do with the time we have left? Building my coaching practice is my answer to that question and my way of helping other people find their answer too.
